Task management and productivity tracking with weekly reports

The problem
Task apps are either cloud services that own your data, or notepads that lose it. Neither answers the question a manager actually asks at the end of the week: what did you get done, how long did it take, and what is still open?
What I built
A local-first tracker that runs entirely on your own machine — real SQLite database, no account, no internet. It thinks in weeks rather than endless backlogs, and generates the weekly Word report for you from what you actually logged.

Key features
Planning (4)
- Week view — completed on the left, planned on the right, with a completion ring and total time spent
- Tasks belong to a specific week; the current week also absorbs anything overdue so nothing silently disappears
- Kanban board (To do / In progress / Blocked / Done) with drag & drop
- Focus mode strips the interface down to just this week's list
Task depth (5)
- Subtasks with a progress counter for multi-step work
- Work log — dated entries added over time instead of rewriting one description
- Time spent, rolled up per week and carried into reports
- Requester and location fields with autocomplete from previous entries
- Ageing indicator — the left border shifts yellow at 7 days, orange at 14, red at 30
Reporting & data (5)
- History grouped by week, month or year — each group exports its own Word report
- Statistics with mini charts, a per-week graph and a year-long activity heatmap
- Automatic daily database backup, 30-day rolling retention
- JSON export and import for moving between machines
- Runs on 127.0.0.1 only — never exposed to the network, optional silent Windows autostart
Technology
- Python
- SQLite
- REST API
- Vanilla JS
- CSS
- Zero dependencies
- OOXML / .docx
- Windows autostart
